My Mountain Base

*i sit on a rock meditating high in the mountains i've been gone for about a month since the incident*thinks: i can never go back i can never see them again i can trust no one*
*my eyes open and a small bird lands on a tree in front of me*

*i close my eyes as i search the bird's memory and i see bane killing rouges on thunder mountain*
heh heartless isn't he my friend
*birds chirps*
no need to worry no one can find me up here even bane and zaine can not find me
*bird chirps again*
why? because there is a spell on this place no one outside of this mountain can find me it's like i don't exsist
*2 men appear behind me*
i wish i could get rid of you 2 though

1st man: don't you think it's time you went back
2nd man: they could use you in the fight
Me: please they don't need me they'll live

Bane's howl can be heard

1st man: it's him
Me: i know but he can't find me no one can espcially those banned from th spirit world
2nd man: please consider returning ashleythey need all the help they can get in this war

Me: you know i can't return if i do i would be betraying my people but if i side with my people i would be betraying my lord and my friends
1st man: a difficult choice i know
Me: thats why i'm up here so i don't have to choose

2nd man: you can't stay up here foever ashley you know that and i know that
me: when i find out what to do then i will leave
*death appears*
Me: *sigh* let me guess you're gonna try and talk me into going back too aren't you

Me: and you know me and you know i can't go back
Death: there is always a solution for every problem
Me: not for mine
Death: they will need your conection with the spirit world
Me: it won't be of any use to zaine anyway he and bane were banned from the spirit world by the temple guardian i can't change that
Death: they do not have to enter you just need to help them when they need it
Me: and they don't need my help now

Death: what if when you you're up here one of your friends perishes down there
Me: i have eyes and ears everywhere if anyone get's in trouble i'll know

1st man: but ashley what about zeroz he didn't do anything
Me: *sighs and remembers all the things that happened on the day of the incident*
bane drags me and zeroz out of the temple we all jump through a gateway back to our world and go to zaines castle to rest*
Me: *wakes up and sees everyone else asleep**thinks: what happened*
*goes through everyones memories and gets the full story*
Me: *thinks: no they couldn't have i can't belive they killed them* *looks around* *thinks: i trusted them and they do this...so be it**jumps out the window and flies away*
Me: i can't do anything about that

Death: very well *hears something* hmm it seems zaine scouts are looking for you again
Me: let them look they will find nothing he wnats me to reurn and i can't let that happen

Bnae jumps on the Mountain and sniffs the air
"..betrayel...is in the air...."

Me: bane is close i can sense him
Death: what are you going to do
Me: nothing he can't find me here

Bane keeps searching
"someone has betrayed..."

Me: he thinks i betrayed everyone
Death: if he finds you he'll kill you then start asking questions

Me: heh he can't find me up here
1st man: he doesn't take betrayal lightly
2nd: he will kill you and not care what happens to the world

Bane hears a sound
Bane shoots lightning at it, finding out it was just the wind
"someone is here.."

Me: hmm think i should go greet him
Death: i would say no but his senses are sharp he may not be able to find you but he knows your here

Bnae turns around to the direction of ashely and sniffs
"...my eyes are deciving me..."

me: it's a good thing he can't hear, see or smell me with the spell on
Death: but he can sense that someone is here

Bane howls and closes his eyes listning intently
Bane spreads his legsand closes his hands, slowly opening them. Lightning starts shocking on his hands, merging. Bane then puts his left hand on the bootm and swipes his right hand over it. Bane quickly points towards ashely and shoots a bolt of lightning, killing both of the men and almost hitting ashely

*both men block the lightning*
Me: looks like it's time to come out of hiding *removes the spell and bane can see me now* vlad, raleth remove your hoods please
*they remove their hoods*
Raleth: impressive shot son
Vlad: i've seen better

Bane looks at Raleth and Vlad with no expression
"why are you associating with this," He points at ashely "filthy betrayer"

Me: i have betrayed no one all i've done is choose to live up here i have joined no side and i have not left the side i'm on either
Vlad: we tried to talk her into returning
Raleth: but she still holds a grudge over what you and zaine did

Ashely is knocked down by an enormous but invisible force
"Her scent betrayes her also. Her anger towards us will not go ignored. She may not rebel against us now, but soon she will. She now must be delt with, so no trouble will ensue later"

Me: i will betray not betray anyone lord bane i just want to stay up here so i don't betray anyone in the spirit world or here
Raleth: she speaks the truth son she had no intention of betraying you

Vlad: and you must remember the conecttion she still has with the spirit world
Death: that will be destroyed along with this world if you kill her
